Sales & Marketing Executive, Cavite in Bacoor, Calabarzon

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Initial contact for web, referral, cold call, marketing and visit leads to establish client interests and enquiries;
Arranging and sending estimates and samples;
Creation of a sample area and recorded system and keep stocked and tidy;
Creation of systemized product related quotation to completion templates (excel) for speedy estimates and progress updates to the client;
Communicate the progress of orders to customers with regular contact at key stages in production or after specified time periods;
Weekly sales meeting - to advise of the previous weeks leads including the wins, loses and prospects from the last week and to quantify the next week's goals and review conversion targets;
Attend and partake in events and trade shows as a visitor or exhibitor at times in-side and out-side official hours when required;
Support in answering telephones, clarifying supplier's requirements;
Booking in deliveries to PS warehouse or print / direct orders to customers address;
Processing order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices via email;
Serving customers in a professional and friendly manner when they enter the premises.
Required Skills:
Previous relevant commercial experience would be an advantage;
Astute with ability to identify potential business opportunities, both internally and externally;
Ideally has previous experience working with end user clients and customers;
Confident personality and able to communicate at all levels;
Able to prioritize and deliver on all tasks and duties;
Computer literate, organized.
